As of 25 February 2022 Medical Forum Theatre will no longer provide an on-site Rapid Testing Centre for patients. All patients will need to be tested at an external testing provider (i.e. Clicks, PathCare, Ampath, Dischem, Nurse2 etc.).
Please contact your chosen Testing Centre to arrange this no more than 24 hours prior to your procedure.
