Job summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for the distribution and control of stock to ensure that there is as little as possible risk to the business of over or under stocking. He/she will assist the Senior Stock Controller to procure products, maintain preferred stock levels, maintain the stock management systems and implement formularies.
Applicants must:
- Have successfully completed Grade 12/Matric.
- Be computer literate with proven competency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess 2 years Hospital/Pharmacy stock control experience (a relevant qualification will be advantageous).
- Must have TRIMED and/or SAP experience
- Have a clean and clear Credit & Criminal Record.
- Be customer orientated with the ability to remain calm, courteous and professional.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be detail and quality orientated.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy.
- Be physically able to perform the job functions.
